WHY DID YOU MAKE THE FILM?
The film was a passion project by a team of California film makers and fans of Tesla innovation. The intent was also to feature the beautiful California scenery (Desert, Ocean and City).
WHY IS THE MAIN CHARACTER SO UPSET (SPOILER)?
His father moved to Mars a few years back to follow his ambition to build a new civilization, forcing his son to decide to either come along or stay behind on earth. X is struggling with his decision but eventually - with the help of his supportive girlfriend Savannah - decides to embrace the fact that he may not see his father again and embraces the life he has on Earth. The car is a metaphor for the father/son relationship.
WHY DO YOU MAKE PREDICTIONS ABOUT TESLA (SPOILER)?
Looking into the future is exciting. Some of the issues depicted in the film are well underway, like TESLA's focus on humanoid robots, the push to move to Mars, etc.
YOU DO NOT NAME THE TESLA FOUNDER BY NAME. WHY?
The Tesla founder is not involved with our project and out of respect we wanted to tell the story without mentioning his name online and otherwise. We are excited about the future focus of Tesla's innovations and how humanity will use technology to let humans live better lives. We are not interested in focusing on individual persons or politics.

WAS THE FILM SHOT IN JOSHUA TREE, CALIFORNIA?
Yes. X's "residence" is a high profile local home in the Joshua Tree Desert that is often rented by celebrities and event producers because of its unique look and art collection. We will be happy to share the name of the location if you contact us.
WHY IS THERE A CHARGE TO WATCH THE MOVIE?
We had to move the film behind a paywall as streaming it for free would disqualify it from film festivals. We hope that anyone interested will get enough value from watching the trailer. We do not foresee getting rich off this project ;-)
